All purchases are ALL SALES FINAL. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact me at waiolucreations@gmail.com or direct message me on Instagram, @waiolucreations, within SEVEN DAYS of receiving your order. Please be sure to include your name, order # (if applicable) and a description and/or photo of the damaged or defective item so we may address the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping & handling for all orders range according to USPS shipping rates by weight. All our orders are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We currently only ship within the U.S.

Orders will receive a confirmation email when it is placed, and again when it ships, by Shopify. Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking info to update, should it be applicable to your order. Also make sure that all shipping information is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to wrong addresses.

Orders will be packaged and shipped within 7-10 BUSINESS days of receiving it. For now, this is a one wahine business, please be patient as your order is being fulfilled! Mahalo nui!
